Stay in this Haute-Loire home where you can enjoy the garden surrounded by nature and relax on the terraces or by the fireplace. Modern comforts blend with the charm of a country house. Located in a green, wooded region, this detached house sits on a large, fully fenced plot with shaded areas (2,000 m²). It features two spacious terraces: one 25 m² and another 38 m², including a covered section (23 m²). A garage accommodates one vehicle, and there is additional parking in the courtyard. A charcoal barbecue is provided. Two mountain bikes are available. Ground floor: large living area opening onto both terraces, equipped kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 fridges) and dining space, lounge area (corner sofa, TV) by the closed fireplace, laundry area (washing machine, freezer), separate toilet and sink. Baby equipment available: wooden cot, high chair, bathtub. Upstairs: 3 spacious bedrooms (2 double beds 140x190, 3 single beds 90x190), shower room, separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra charge. Guests are required to clean the property before departure and leave it as found. Located in the heart of nature, this chalet offers you stunning views of the village with complete privacy. From the covered terrace, you can enjoy the surrounding countryside and relax on a large, fully fenced 2,000 m² plot with a shelter for one car. The chalet features a main room with a fully equipped kitchen area (stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric barbecue), dining space, and a living area with TV. There is a bathroom, separate toilet, and two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed. Dogs are allowed (maximum 1) for an additional fee per pet. There is no WiFi, but 4G connection is excellent. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels can be rented on request for an extra fee. Please inform us one week before arrival if you wish to reserve linen. Guests are required to clean the property before departure so it matches the condition at check-in.
